From Tuesday to Friday at noon:
- public reception between 12 noon and 12.15 p.m.

Please note: A particular educational project, delivery contingencies or the unpredictable increase in staple foods may have an impact on the composition of the advertised menus. Each year, restaurant prices may be changed after the fall vacation (subject to votes by the establishment's board of directors).

Our pupils and students are in a learning situation in the kitchens and the educational restaurant which are classrooms. The entire teaching team is counting on your kindness to accept any qualitative variations which can be explained by the purely educational nature of our restaurant.
